1.Packing |

Professional team of packers along with a supervisor with suitable
packing material arrives at the site of packing. Fragile and
crockery is first wrapped with paper and finally put into corrugated
boxes. Clothes, shoes and linen are packed into corrugated boxes
with an inner layer of plastic. Electronics item are packed with
bubble plastic and thermocol. Wooden crating , plywood liftvans. Packing
is done when consignments are sent by sea and air.

2.Moving

Local
movements are done in our own vehicles. Domestic transportation
for household goods is done through associate transporters
for all locations within the country cars are sent
in car trailers. The very best shipping lines and airlines
are chosen for air and sea consignments.

3.Carting:
A
skilled team of loaders, loads and unloads at origin and destination
respectively, followed by unpacking, setting up and removal
of debris.

4.Shipping
Choosing
the mode of transportation (air or sea) is done on the basis
of the size, nature and destination of the consignment. A smaller
consignment could be sent by air as the transit time would be
less or alternatively by sea which is time taking but much cheaper. In
very large consignments, 20' or 40' full containers are advised.

5.Warehousing
Warehousing
and insurance is also part of our removals. when a client's
destination is not ready and he needs warehousing the same
is provided by us whether at origin or at destination ,depending
on the client's preference. Warehousing is of two kinds:transit
warehousing and long team warehousing. Transit warehousing
service takes care of warehousing when a client is moving
from origin to destination but the location at destination
is not ready. This may vary from a couple of days to a couple
of weeks. Long term warehousing however takes care of storage
needs when a client is moving to a location for a much longer
duration and does not want to carry his belongings. Lynn packers
provides him with storage worthy packing and a safe place
for his goods for as long as he wants.

Custom
Clearance:
The
entire documentation and coordination with the shipping line
or airline and customs clearance at origin is looked after by
our office. In case of exports our agents take care of customs
clearance at every destination.

6.Insurance:
Insurance
for local, domestic and international consignments are arranged
by us for both comprehensive and transit. In case of any claims
the entire paperwork and coordination with the insurance agent
is undertaken by us.
